Terms and Conditions:

Wintech Coat 2002 co ltd (WTC) is an agent for other providers of tourist services and is located in Phatumthanee, Thailand. By booking online, the customer accepts the following terms and conditions:

CONTRACT OF BOOKING

The booking with WTC is made on behalf of all persons who are named on the booking, for which the ordering customer will take responsibility for. Upon reciept of confirmation via email from WTC, a contract exists between WTC and the customer to provide the service as ordered. WTC's contractual duty is the arrangement of the booked tourist services through our partner companies. Bookings must be paid for 100% in advance and must be booked at least 36 hours before the tours start time. For the cancelation policy please see below.

PAYMENT

Full payment must be made by credit or debit card at the time of booking in all cases. Refunds will be provided in strict accordance to the refund policy.

CANCELLATION / CHANGE OF BOOKINGS

The customer can change or cancel a booking if the time of cancellation or change is at least 48 hours before the start of the tour.

WTC reserves the right to charge the following fees in the event of cancellations and alterations to bookings:

Group Tours:

1. 8 or more days before start of the tour: 200 Baht
2. 7 days or less before start of the tour: 50 %
3. No-Show: 100 %

Private Tours:

1. More than 48 hours before the start of the tour: No charge

In the case of any problems, WTC should be notified immediately and given the chance to respond or solve the problem. If the irregularity is only reported after service, WTC will not accept responsibility and refunds will not be given.

WTC's Responsibility to customers

As WTC acts solely as an agent for the services it sells, WTC accepts no responsibility for customers personal safety or their possesions during the tour period. We strongly recommend that visitors take out a suitable insurance policy for the duration of their stay in Thailand.
